KACC instructor appointed IACTE President

    Jay Davis, a Digital Photography Instructor at the Kokomo Area Career Center, recently was appointed to a one-year term as President of the Indiana Association of Career and Technical Educators (IACTE) during the organization’s annual state conference in Indianapolis. Indiana

    ACTE is a professional organization composed of teachers, administrators, and support personnel with ties to the Career and Technical Education field at the primary, secondary, and post-secondary levels. Davis had previously served as the Indiana ACTE Region III Representative from 2004-07. Last school year, Davis served as President-Elect for the Indiana ACTE, while he also serves as a representative on the national ACTE nominating committee
